AgroParisTech is a grande école that operates under the authority of the French Ministry of Agriculture and is part of Paris-Saclay University. It is continuing to pursue a strategy of regional alliances through partnerships with local universities and their Initiatives of Excellence (IDEX).  Additionally, AgroParisTech is a member of ParisTech and Agreenium.

Montpellier SupAgro is a French National Institute dedicated to further education, research, international scientific and technical cooperation and sustainable development in Agriculture, Agri‐Food Science, Environment and Rural Management. The institute offers courses specifically dedicated to innovation in Mediterranean, tropical and sub‐tropical issues.
