如果經濟預算和時間等⽅⾯考量可以，真的⾮常推薦交換計畫，我覺得前往不同國家學習、居住真的可以讓⾃⼰跳脫既有的視⾓外，也可以去不同國家閱覽歷史古蹟或係⾃然美景，真的是⾮常不同精彩的體驗，雖然其中不乏繁瑣的事項要處理，但總體⽽⾔個⼈是相當滿意，⾮常感謝交換計畫及歐洲區負責⼈Ricky！另外如果參閱本⼼得後，有什麼疑問，可以再⾃⾏聯絡我。課程在正式上課前，先參加了⼀個⽉的語⾔課程（DKFA），⾮常之扎實，作業真的蠻多的，⾃⼰是偶爾有寫的類型，但如果都有完成且複習的話，應該可以有很好的成果。另外，由於法律系關係，所以修習了基礎民法還有LLM的民法課程，都是德⽂授課。前者是Stephan Lorenz教授，教授約會在15分鐘前到教室準備，講話超快，學⽣都很積極發問，上課互動良好，課後也有助教課，交換⽣會被分配到Erasmus的班上，⼈很少壓⼒挺⼤的。後者是Wolfgang Hau教授，講授範圍很多內容，⼀開始會有⼤綱也會有考試⽇期，可以⾃⼰安排時間，⽽這個助教課個⼈認為就沒有前者充實，因此可以⾃⾏考慮要不要參與。衣當時是去冬季學期，不過抵達慕尼⿊是在⼋⽉底（⾃⼰有先報約⼀個⽉語⾔課程），所以有帶三件短袖，然後其餘都是⾧袖或⼀些外套等，不過當時想說這邊買冬⾐可能⽐較便宜，所以就沒有帶很多件，但事實證明也沒有⽐較便宜，除⾮趁⿊⾊星期五那附近有在打折或是去購物村（如Ingolsatdt），才⽐較可能撿到便宜貨 ...住宿雖然申請單是寫說不⼀定會抽到宿舍，當時確實也很擔憂，但這屆是都有抽到宿舍，只是位在不同區域⽽已，我⾃⼰是住在奧林村宿舍⾼樓區（Olympiazentrum站），⾃⼰私下有遇到奧林村住宿負責⼈稍微詢問，他說住宿區域是⽤抽籤的（不知道可信度⾼低）......undefined

黃同學 113-1 在德國慕尼黑大學的心得分享

前言我在 2021 年秋天至德國慕尼黑大學（Ludwig-Maximilians-Universit&auml;t M&uuml;nchen）交換一學期。至德國交換的心得已經很多也相當完整，這篇心得一方面除希望就過往心得較少著墨的部分加以說明外，另一方面也希望提供與我背景相近的同學們更詳細的資訊。院級或校級交換?除了國際事務處的交換學生計畫外，各學院或系所也都會另外與國外大學簽訂交換學生的合作計畫。以法律學院來說，與英、美、日、德等國不少知名大學都有合作，在選擇的多元性上不比校級交換差，也因為交換名額甚多、比較容易申請到自己想去的學校，是許多法律學院同學的首選。當時我亦同時申請院級交換，並以荷蘭萊頓大學作為第一志願，可惜最終只錄取第二志願的瑞典斯德哥爾摩大學。考量到後來的論文方向，在與指導教授討論過後，我選擇了校級交換申請上的慕尼黑大學。校級交換與院級交換在諸多面向上都有差異。首先，在申請門檻上，以至德國大學交換為例，法律學院院級交換只有兩間大學能夠以英文檢定成績申請、其他均需檢附德語 B1 以上之檢定通過證明，反之校級交換則有許多學校都能接受以英文檢定成績申請；其次，在申請要件上，法律學院院級交換有面試要求，校級交換則僅需進行書面資料審查（但在校成績的影響可能比較大）；最後，在行政資源上，校級國際事務處的人力較充足、經驗較豐富，相對比較不容易發生行政作業上的疏漏，也因為對口單位為對方的校級行政單位，基本上會受到完整的照顧，反之院級交換的變數則比較大。undefined
