TU Berlin proudly looks back upon a more than 200-year-old tradition of pre-eminence in scientific and engineering training. Today, with over 34,000 students, seven schools and more than 140 study programs, TU Berlin is one of the largest Universities of Technology in Germany.
The subject-specific QS World University Rankings by Subject also award the TU Berlin top scores, especially in technical and engineering areas. The best individual ratings were achieved by Chemical Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
