前言藉由交換學生身分來歐洲讀書以及旅遊，維爾紐斯不失為一個好的選擇。除了課程選擇多樣、生活成本很低以外，廉航就在所屬城市是很大的一個優點，到歐洲各國都非常方便！課程雖然我在臺大是經濟學系，不過我在維爾紐斯大學的數學與資訊學院當交換學生。維爾紐斯大學選課很自由，只要一半的課程在所屬學院，想修任何學院或任何校區的課基本上都沒有限制，不過我自己是在數學與資訊學院修了八門課，沒有到別的學院修課。唯一限制是，因為我是以碩士生身分交換，我只能選修碩士生的課程，沒有辦法選修大學部的課程（選課系統會直接不顯示）。我分別修了以下八門課，Stochastic Analysis, Multivariate Statistics,Bayesian Statistics, Panel Data Econometrics, Big Data Econometrics,Practical Econometrics with R and Python I &amp; II, Data Mining。以純數學的 課程來說 ， 和臺大數學系修課經驗相比較，Stochastic Analysis,Multivariate Statistics, Bayesian Statistics，修這三門課的過程中比較沒有壓力 ， 且作業相對沒有這麼多。Panel Data Econometrics, Big DataEconometrics, Practical Econometrics with R and Python I &amp; II，這四門計量經濟學課程的修課體驗跟臺大差不多。而 Data Mining 則必須完成一份小論文，格式要求和期刊一樣，期末還需要口試。值得注意的是，歐洲的教學方法比較像是提點你該學習的地方，教授不太會很仔細的推導每一個式子，因此課後需要花大量時間閱讀講義、課本、文獻等。另外R, Python 會直接假設學生很熟悉，不會花時間去做額外的教學，若要選修相關課程的同學們要注意一下。住宿總共有三個校區，我選擇住在 Sauletekio 校區，這邊國際學生眾多。宿舍需要爬一個小山坡上去，四周都是樹林，不過宿舍前面有一個籃球場。另外山坡下面就是超市了，採買生活用品很方便。宿舍提供的環境非常不好，學習非常的不方便。以我自己的房間為例，沒有桌椅能夠好好讀書，必須坐在床上，而一張小桌子還要跟室友分著用，非常痛苦。採買的用品放在公用冰箱還有晾著的衣服很容易被偷走，要非常小心。在外面租房子的話大約是 200 到 500 歐左右，跟台灣其實差不多，而學校宿舍三人房是 87 歐，我因為常常旅遊，就將就著住在宿舍。undefined
