AgroParisTech is a grande école that operates under the authority of the French Ministry of Agriculture and is part of Paris-Saclay University. It is continuing to pursue a strategy of regional alliances through partnerships with local universities and their Initiatives of Excellence (IDEX). 
Additionally, AgroParisTech is a member of ParisTech and Agreenium.
